Dennis Spangler is a California Real Estate broker, has been in real estate for over 30 years starting in residential expanding into commercial and self storage. He has been involved in thirteen transactions and is the owner of Noah’s Ark Self Storage, Marshall Rd., San Antonio, Texas.
- Marvin Remmich
Marvin Remmich invested in his first self storage six years ago, after thirty years as a real estate professional. Based on that experience, he felt a facility in Pensacola would be cost effective. Once the project had been completed, the facility opened in 2008.
- Sue Snow
Sue Snow invested in our second Noah’s Ark Self Storage facility on Babcock Road in San Antonio, TX. and ultimately purchased the facility. Sue is also an investor/partner in the new Noah’s Ark Self Storage on Hoffner , In Orlando, FL.
- Richard Rossland
Richard Rossland has been an investor in several Noah’s Ark Self Storage facilities, because of his repeated success he keeps Parham Group projects at the top of his investment opportunities list.
