He is the founder and president of Noah’s Ark Development, a Parham Group company, providing consulting, joint ventures, third party development, site analysis, feasibility analysis and market feasibility. Mike is the developer and general partner of the Noah’s Ark Self Storage chain. Noah’s Ark Development has developed over 3.2 million square feet.
