Noah’s Ark Development announces the opening of Noah’s Ark Self Storage Rock Springs in Apopka, Florida in the Orlando metro area. The facility, located at 831 N. Park Avenue near Rock Springs Road, is the thirtieth to be built in the Noah’s Ark chain and will display the recently renovated Noah’s Ark
architectural style and signage logo. This store will be the fifth Noah’s Ark currently in Florida, bringing a total of 420,825 square feet to that market.
The Rock Springs facility encompasses over 79,000 square feet and houses 556 units. The store will provide a range of storage units from twenty-five square feet to three hundred square feet, and will include climate controlled, humidity controlled, and non-climate controlled units. The easy-glide roll-up doors and hall systems are supplied by Janus International. The digital video surveillance and security systems are products of Digitech. Joshua Management will employ Centershift, a web-based management system, as the operational software. The general contracting company, NDS Construction, has allied with Cross Metal Buildings to provide and erect the steel components; roofing and cladding.
