Noah’s Ark Development of San Antonio has begun the construction of two new Noah’s Ark Self Storage facilities in the Orlando, Florida metro area. Both facilities will be clad in the recently updated Noah’s Ark Self Storage architectural design and signage logo.

Noah’s Ark Balboa will be located at 1015 N. Apopka-Vineland Road at the intersection of Balboa Drive in Orange County.  The state of the art complex will have over 94,000 square feet of space, offers 645 units and is slated for completion in the early spring of 2009.

Site work is under way at the Noah’s Ark Rock Springs project at 837 N. Park Avenue near Rock Springs Road in Apopka. The Rock Springs facility will encompass over 79,000 square feet and house 556 units. The company is looking forward to an early summer 2009 opening.

Both stores will provide storage unit sizes from twenty-five square feet to three hundred square feet, and will have climate controlled, humidity controlled, and non-climate controlled units available.   The easy-glide roll-up doors and hall systems are supplied by Janus International. The digital video surveillance and security systems are products of Digitech. Joshua Management will employ Centershift, a web-based management system, as the operational software. The general contracting company, NDS Construction, has allied with Cross Metal Buildings to provide and erect the steel components; roofing and cladding.

Noah’s Ark Development, NDS Construction, Cross Metal Buildings and Joshua Management are all Parham Group member companies and are headquartered north of San Antonio, TX.
