Noah’s Ark Self Storage announces the opening of its newest location in Orlando, Florida. The facility is located at 5753 Hoffner Ave, approximately two and a half miles north of the Orlando International Airport. The 83,000 square foot complex houses 567 units; 328 utilize climate control and 239 units are non-climate controlled. Units range in size from 25 to 300 square feet.
With twenty-five years experience in developing self storage complexes, Noah’s Ark Development has honed their product to attain a top investment vehicle for the facility owner or partner as well as an apex of tenant convenience. Computerized and personally coded twenty-four hour gate access with digital video surveillance augment property security and are provided by Digitech International. Other amenities include movement sensitive lighting, lighted drives, and intercoms to the on-sight managers’ office. Janus International has supplied self-adjusting, easy-glide unit doors. Noah’s Ark will provide dollies and loading carts to simplify move-in and move-out. A collection of locks, boxes, packing, storage and moving materials are available for purchase.
The Noah’s Ark Hoffner Avenue complex was designed and constructed by NDS Construction. Steel components were provided and erected by Cross Metal Buildings and the management team and operations will be directed by Joshua Management, with managers Kathy Fehley and Jaclyn Baum. Centershift, a web-based software, will be employed in the rental, accounting and point-of-sale operations.
