Noah’s Ark Development announces the completion and opening of East Colonial Self Storage at 10280 E. Colonial Dr. in Orlando, Florida. As a third party development, the first class, cutting edge complex was developed, designed and constructed by Noah’s Ark Development in conjunction with NDS Construction and Cross Metal Buildings for Sunburst Hospitality Corporation of Silver Springs, Maryland. With over 93,700 square feet, the facility has 641 units from 25 square feet to 300 square feet; 367 units providing climate control.
Noah’s Ark Development, innovator in the self storage industry, has again shaped a “customer-first” facility. Patrons will have personally coded, gate access with digital video surveillance provided by Digitech International. Storage Commander supplies the rental management and operating software. Lighted drives, and resident managers are added tenant amenities. Intercom communication to the management office, as well as movement-sensitive lighting is utilized in all climate controlled buildings. Each storage unit features self-adjusting easy-glide doors by Janus International.
