Noah’s Ark Self Storage is please to announce the opening of its newest location, the first in the Pensacola, Florida area. The facility is located at 451 E. Cervantes St, near historic downtown Pensacola and boasts approximately 80,000 square feet and 688 units; 23 units are non-climate control, 231 units have humidity control, and 434 units have climate control. Units range in size from 25 to 300 square feet.
Noah’s Ark Development, innovators in the self storage industry, partnered with NDS Construction and Cross Metal Buildings, have again designed and constructed their signature customer-first strategy into the facility. Tenants will have personally coded and computerized 24 hour gate access and digital video surveillance, which are both provided by Digitech International. Climate controlled buildings feature intercoms to the office, as well as movement sensitive lighting, lighted drives and on-sight managers. The individual units feature Janus International self-adjusting easy-glide doors. Noah’s Ark provides dollies and loading carts for patrons’ use, and a selection of locks, boxes, packing, storage and moving materials are available for purchase.
The Pensacola Noah’s Ark facility will be operated by Joshua Management, a veteran in self storage management. Managers Brian Young, with ten years experience in the self storage industry, and Charlotte (Charlie) Derrick, with a sturdy background in customer service and resort property rental background, invite the Pensacola community visit the new complex. “Come and stop by our state-of-the-art self storage,” says Mr. Young. “Let us show you around our facility that we are so proud of. Centershift, a web-based software, will provide the rental and point-of-sale software.
