Noah’s Ark Self Storage has opened its newest location at 800 Greenway Professional Court near Highway 417 and Landstar Blvd. in Orlando, FL. The property, which is over 82,00 square feet, incorporates 567 storage units; 258units have climate control. Unit sizes vary from 25 to 300 square feet. Phase 2 of the project, an additional 30,000 square feet, is slated for completion in July, bringing the rentable space to over 100,000 square feet.
Noah’s Ark Development, in concurrence with NDS Construction and Cross Metal Buildings, have developed, designed and built this complex with the efficiency and amenities that self storage consumers have come to expect from a “Class A” facility. Customers will use personally coded and computerized 24 hour gate admission and digital video surveillance, both provided by Digitech International. Lighted drives and an on-site managers are added tenant advantages. Climate controlled buildings utilize intercoms to the office and movement-sensitive lighting. The units feature Janus International self-adjusting easy-glide doors. Noah’s Ark provides dollies and loading carts for patrons’ convenience and boxes, packing and storage materials are available at the retail center.
Joshua Management will manage facility operations. Centershift, a web-based software, provides the rental management and point-of-sale software. “This is one of the best facilities that Noah’s Ark has built.
