The 87,700-square-foot complex, incorporates 696 storage units, with 252 units utilizing climate control. Units range in size from 25 to 360 square feet.
Clientele will have at their avail personally coded computerized gate access allowing 24 hour entry. Digital video surveillance, lighted drives and on-site resident managers are added tenant benefits. Climate controlled buildings employ intercoms to the office and movement-sensitive lighting. Noah’s Ark provides dollies and loading carts for patrons’ use and a selection of locks, boxes, packing and storage materials are available for purchase.
