The facility, at 8255 Silver Star Road, is a leading edge self storage enterprise, encompassing 71,800 square feet, 300 climate control units and 391 non-climate control units ranging in size from 25 to 360 square feet.
“We have been here just over a week and we like everything about this site,” said Denny & Jan Owen, on-site resident managers. “This facility is one of the nicest we have ever seen.” The complex allows clientele 24 hour personally coded computerized gate access, lighted drives and digital video surveillance. Loading carts and dollies are at hand for tenants’ convenience, and a variety of locks, boxes and packing materials are available for purchase.
