The agreement represents 370,000 square feet of state of the art self storage totaling 3,062 units, 1,365 units providing climate control storage. Tenants will have at their access 24 hour personally coded computerized entry, digital video surveillance and onsite resident managers.
Noah’s Ark Development, based in Bulverde, Texas, north of San Antonio, had been developing and building for over two decades. An innovator in the self storage industry, the company, teamed with NDS Construction, Cross Metal Buildings and Joshua Management, Inc., all of Bulverde, developed, designed, build and managed the five facilities. The complexes originally opened between August of 2002 and April of 2003 with two of the properties to complete construction and become operational at the end of March.
