Two new Noah’s Ark Self Storage facilities, are scheduled to open this spring, the forth and fifth of the Noah’s Ark chain to open in central Florida. The state of the art storage complexes will offer both climate control and non-climate control units ranging in size from 5 x 5 (25 sq ft), to 12 x 30 (360 sq ft). Noah’s Ark, known for innovative design and operation, provides customers digital video security surveillance, individually computerized entry, 24 hour access and 2 managers living on-site at each facility.
Located at 8255 Silver Star Rd, Orlando, Noah’s Ark Self Storage # 14 will open in March. The 63,500 sq ft facility will have 606 units, 286 units providing climate control. Opening in early April, Noah’s Ark Self Storage # 12, at 2631 E. Semoran Blvd, Apopka, will house 63,000 square feet of storage, 602 units, with 286 of the units having climate control.
